Nick brings formal business training, a lifetime of construction training and a passion for the technologies and innovations which are the future of Base 360’s projects. Believing that efficiency and conservation go hand in hand, he is an avid proponent of sustainable development. Nick’s vision is to implement these ideologies in the Commercial , multiple family and residential sectors.
With over 150 residential units constructed under his watch he has one goal in mind with each new project: to make the next smarter and more efficient than the last. Nick has also managed over $45 million in commercial projects in his career.
Nick holds a Bachelors’ degree in Finance with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Carl Jones, Vice President
NASCLA – Unlimited Commerical General Building Contractor:
Carl is originally from Wales in the United Kingdom and brings over 16 years of experience in the residential, commercial, custom home building and remodeling industry. During this time, he operated a successful remodeling business in Kansas City before joining the team at Base 360 in 2015. He brings extensive managerial experience which was attained before moving to the United States in 2005.
In his role as Vice President & Project Manager at Base-360, Carl promotes an environment of teamwork and ensures the scope of work is well-defined, proactively supervising its implementation and adapting to the challenges of maintaining project’s timeline. His strong communication and client service skills enhance Base 360’s process-driven management philosophy. Carl is inspired by working alongside people who think outside the box, and seeing creative thoughts turn to reality through construction.
